货物已按规定时间完成，但我们不得不延长交货期：由于7月份天气原因（下了20多天大雨）,我们不得不将一部分货物交给其他工厂加工，昨天我们收到代加工的3500公斤货物，但大部分货物质量太差，现在，我们一方面在对货物进行返工，另一方面在与代加工厂进行交涉。
您是我们的老客户并且你对我们是非常信任的，我们必须要保证好的产品质量。
如果你急需这批货物的话，我们可以先将自己加工的货物发出，如果不是很急用的话，大约5-7天可以返工完毕。

The fact is that we have to ask some other factories to process a part of the cargoes because of the terrible weather,in July, more than 20 days were rainy in China. Yesterday we received 3500-kg cargoes from these factories we asked. However, most of these products are not excellent in quality, you are our old client and trust us so deeply, so we should ensure the quality of the products. Taking this into consideration, we have to reprocess these cargoes and negotiate with these factories as well at the present. So please give us 5 to 7 more days to reprocess the products.
