我觉得你翻译的蛮好的，下面翻译的一句：the buyer should firstly pay the see freight according to the relative documents that certify the proprty, which has already been transferred to the buyer.
我觉得which好像有些不托，certify后应该用that来衔接吧，总感觉有些不对！只是个人的想法啦！
