In default the Seller from maintenance of business trip of the Seller of the Claim on quality and-or quantity should be confirmed by the certificate by the quantity (quality), made with obligatory participation of the competent representative of not interested State body

To exercise its warranty rights, the Buyer has to register officially and properly the Notification about the found defects of the Equipment and to send it to the Seller by fax within 48 (forty eight) hours from the moment the defect covered by the warranty of the Seller is found by the Buyer.
In given period to register officially and properly and to send the Notification about the found defects that should be eliminated in the frame of the guarantee service, (the “Notification”)

在默认的情况下，在卖方维修范围内就产品的质量和/或质量向卖方提出索赔，需要由非盈利性国家机构的代表义务性出示的质量（重量）证明。
