Yeoh告诉我,昨天你又需要帽子的样品,这个是好事情,毕竟能扩大市场。但是样品的价格是定单货物的两倍,而且这个产品在包装的时候,又不能压,从而包装体积很大。所以每次寄样我们要花很多很多费用在产品费和邮寄费上。这样对我们来说是很大的压力,在费用上也不太划算。我们建议如下,你现在先看看之前谈的哪那几种产品是客户当下最需要的,先确认定单下来,然后在出货时,我让工厂多几个放到里面,或者我收集新的样品随货走,这样你们即能拿到更多的样品,我们这里也能省去了很多额外的费用,双赢。

Yeoh told me that you asked for the sample of cap yesterday. That's good for extending the market. But we have to pay a lot of money in the fee of sample and freight because the fee of sample is double of its order's price and the parcel of sample is very large . To be honest, it's a big financial pressure to us.

I learnt with pleasure from xxx that you asked another time yesterday for the samples of caps. I consider your request a good signal as it suggests that our market share is growing gradually.
As you could fully understand it always costs us much to make delivery for the requested samples, of which the packing requires non-compressing leading to a huge measurement and consequently resulting in extra expense at our side. As a suggestion, we would like you to check out those samples mostly meeting the customers' demand to place your order, whereas we will find you some new samples and get them shipped together with cargos, in this way you will get extra samples and we can save our cost.
