前些日子做了一单信用证的买卖，但是由于我们交期来不及了，所以要求客户修改信用证，他同意了。下面是他回的邮件：Base on your production planing we know your need more produce time so we send all planing documents to the buyer: Westpex Fashion Ltd. Then we agree this shiping time will be extention to Nov-15-2010 and will be accept this L/C documents discrepancy as presentation by this L/C 2nd beneficiary.
只是最后一句话里面有不懂的地方，“as presentation by this L/C 2nd beneficiary.”是啥意思？

这句的意思应该是你提出的修改部分。他把你提出修改的部分说成的第二个lc。

presentation是“递单”的意思。
可是2nd beneficiary，就是第二受益人的意思，意思是信用证有两个受益人？什么意思？我觉得这个要搞清楚先

LZ客户发来的这个邮件，我指出几点。
1）客人和 客人的客人 都同意延长交货期到11/15并且会接受延期这个不符点
2）但是客人并没有说去修改信用证
3）所谓的2nd beneficiary, 就是指的LZ你，即第二受益人。你的信用证应该是转开的信用证。
即客人的客人 开给你客户，你客户再转开给你。所以你客人要把什么延期的文件都给那个FASHION看，然后征得其同意
