OK. thanks Andy,It is interesting that you can supply such a range of wires, which may be quite a benefit.
Regarding supply, I know you will want to do FCL, though do you also offer LCL deliveries.
You mention the economic climate, & whilst there seems to be a little more interest in the market, we believe the UK may not recover as quickly as the rest of Europe, as we have lost so much of our manufacturing base.
There is a great hesitation for companies to purchase FCL's of wire from the Far East, as many customers i) haven't the same market to sell into as 18 / 24 months ago, ii) the Global suppliers, such as Esab, Linclon, have huge stock resources in the UK, & many customers prefer to buy " little & often ", iii) the European manufacturers offer very competitive prices, for smaller batches, in a shorter period.
So..it's not an easy market !
Having said that, we know there are many companies that do purchase, therefore please offer alternative prices for 20 tonne FCL, & if possible 10 tonne LCL on :

呵呵就是想让你便宜点他的
给他报价,告诉他市场的不稳定性,价格也会随之波动(主要是上涨)给他个有效期呵呵

鬼佬只是说不大会走整柜, 并没有明确表示要低价格, 所以你可以:
让客户觉得你是他们的后盾, 多分支持, 也许他的心态就变了, 将来给下整柜也说不定.
你的邮件还有详细询盘内容没贴, 如果要价很低, 你可以就small profits but quick turnover这里不马上作出
让步, 如果要此低价就必须走整柜, 反正自己的利润不能变.
