我觉得这个可能是法院的一封关于企业破产的证明，大家帮忙给看看，翻译一下。老板接到一封信，是加拿大那边发过来的，让我给他翻译一下，我不是太明白呢，先谢谢大家帮忙了。The Court has considered the Motion by the Reorganized Debtor for Entry Of Final Decree Closing Chapter 11 Case and for Order Discharging Omni Management Group LLC as Agent for the Clerk(the Motion)[Docket No. 1480] filed Z Gallerie, the reorganized debtor in the above referenced case ("Z Gallerie" and/or the "Reorganized Debtor").Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the meaning ascribed to them in the Motion.
Based upon the record before the Court and notice of the Motion being sufficient under the circumstances and as set forth in the Declaration of Scotta E. McFarland filed concurrently herewith, given the withdrawal of the only objection to the Motion, and it appearing that the estate has been fully administered, and it appearing that no hearing on the Motion is required, and good cause appearing therefor,
It is hereby ordered that:
1.The Motion is GRANTING.
2.A final decree in the above-captioned case is hereby entered and the above-captioned case is hereby closed pursuant to Section 350(a) of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Bankruptcy Rule 3022.
3.Omni Management Group LLC is hereby discharged as agent for the Clerk.
