If you remember in our e-mail before you sent the sample we requested for the best type from the range you have.I didn’t understand why you did not send us B model that can have higher flow rate? From your e-mail it seems that B model is the best quality in performance.
This is very important because when you get into a market with a product of poor quality it will damage your market and product. In this country if your product fails at fist introductory stage, it will fail forever. So always it is good to start with good product. That is why we ask for the best quality from the range of your list.

Anyhow now we have the intention to introduce A model into our market and we want to order it. So would you please tell us the minimum possible FOB price at 。。。. If port for the promotion of this and other product.
Possible we might also order B as sample. After the introduction of the product gradually it is possible to increase the price.
这里需要说明的是，我寄给客户的样品是A model.其实A,B两个产品质量差不多，B的流量的稍微好点。但是B不够厚的话容易变形，A在他们那边的销量好点，所以我就把A寄去了。这个已经给他解释了，但是现在好像他还在误解我，请问我该怎么办？

你的错误在于，为什么只寄一个A而不是A.B一起寄。。。这样他可以有更多的选择。。。
实际上，这封邮件，客户只是在抱怨，而不是指责。。。
你可以跟他说，从你们的角度和对市场的了解来分析（具体自己忽悠），选择A是明智的。。。如果一定要样品B，可以马上给他寄过去，或者在A出货的时候（如果有的话）附送一定数量的样品B。。。

1) It is true that Ethiopia has no Sea Port but we use Djbiouti Port.
2) Ethiopian Shipping Lines calls Ningbo Port. If necessary Ethiopian Shipping
Lines will carry the cargo to Ethiopian Modjo Dry Port.
3) Freight will be payed at destination and that will be covered by our Company
and that means collect basis
4) Our Letter of Credit will clearly indicate shipment by Ethiopian Shipping Line
5) Our Bank has account with HSBC bank, PLC Johanesberg and it will be the
advising Bank to your Bank in China.
6) Ethiopia is a country which does not allow deposit .
7) Short price validity has a disadvantage because it will take us some times to
get the foreign currency allocation for the purchase.
8) The procedure of import is such that we apply for foreign currency allocation.
After getting foreign currency the same amount will be blocked from our
account . The allocated foreign currency should be utilized within the Letter
of Credit validity. Therefore it is safe for you to get your payment. Further
you may consult Chinese companies working with Ethiopian Importers.
9) Bank will not give the shipping document to clear the consignment from port of
entry unless your payment is settled. This is an International rule which operates
Bank to Bank and it is safe for both parties .
10) Pre-Shipment inspection is a requirement for a shipment from China . Normally
Letter of Credits stapulate 90% upon shipment and 10% upon receipt of goods

2.我现在不能接受他的付款:全额信用证,90%提货前付,10%收货后付
3.我接受的付款是:20~30%定金,余款T/T or L/C 都可以
