各位福友，大家好，有谁经常操作合同的，看看能不能帮我把这份合同里面的几个条款翻译成合同用语，不要口语化。我在这儿谢谢大家了啊。
这个是付款方式：
8.1. After signing the contract, and confirmation order from the BUYER and SELLER, SELLER shall dispatch the commodities from the Port of Origin within 30 days.
8.2. Upon arrival at destination port, goods will be transferred to a Bonded Warehouse designated only by AECOL Strategic Alliances Company.
8.3. An inspection will be done within 5 working days after arrival of commodities to Bonded Warehouse. The inspection will be done in the presence of XXXXChinesecompanyXXX delegates, a third party inspection agency (SGS China) and AECOL Strategic Alliances Company Manager Mr. Alejandro Roa. Only under supervision of Mr. Alejandro Roa the seals of container can be broken and after samples are taken, under the presence of all parties new seals will be use again to seal the containers.
8.4. Within the next 10 working days, XXXXXChinesecompanyXXX will realize the necessary laboratory tests to prove the correspondence of the commodities with the technical sheet as in clause number 2 of this contract. If the commodities inspected present the same characteristics as the clasue number 2, BUYER will pay to SELLER, by bank transfer, 90% of the value of commodities.
8.5. After delivery of the inspection report from SGS China, and if in accordance to composition described in the clause number 2 of this contract, BUYER will pay to SELLER, by bank transfer, 10% of the value of commodities, therefore completing payment of 100% of the value of commodities.
8.6. Only after SELLER has received 100% of the value of commodities, SELLER directly or trough AECOL Strategic Alliances Company will deliver BL to BUYER.
8.7. If inspections from XXXXXChinesecompanyXXX and SGS China correspond to technical sheet as clause number 2 of this contract, BUYER must honor this contract by purchasing the commodities as specified in clauses 3 to 6. If BUYER fails to do so, BUYER will bear all the charges resulted from the whole project.

This Agreement is valid for any and all transactions between the parties herein and shall be governed by the enforceable law in All Commonwealth Countries, European Union Countries, USA Courts, or under Swiss Law in Zurich, in the event of dispute, the arbitration laws of states will apply.

卖方只有在收到100%的货款之后，才会直接或或通过AECOL战略联盟公司向买方出具提单。

8.5 若收到中国SGS的检测报告，与本合同第二条款相符，买方将通过银行转帐支付给卖方商品值的10％，完成支付品商的100％价值。
8.6 只有在卖方收到商品价值的100％，卖方将直接或通过AECOL战略联盟公司给买方提供基本法。
8.7 若XXXXX中国公司XXX与SGS检验符合本合同第2条款的技术单，买方必须履行本合同第3至6款项购买指定商品。如果买方拒绝购买，买方将承担全部费用。
本协议对任何及所有交易当事人均有效，将由所有英联邦国家，欧盟国家，美国法院，或苏黎世的瑞士法管辖，如有争议，将采用洲仲裁法。
