Period of trigger: 1.5 seconds
Time triggered: 500ms
Ramp acceleration and deceleration: 0.3 seconds
Frequency: 60HZ
The engine was installed on the bench with no load on the shaft.
It was noticed:
During approximately 15 minutes:
Some On / Offs are performed in gross "punches" and not smooth. This is by no exact time, sometimes for 1 minute or 2 minutes and then do normal and smooth again / off.
On = enable, by running
Off = Disables, stop

然后我们发现：
最多15分钟内， 开/关猛击和不稳定工作的状态开始出现。这个时间是不确定，有弹性的。有时候工作1，2分钟然后又正常工作，然后又处于OFF状态。

开关不稳定 主语some on/off 谓语 are 表语 not smooth 所以这句是some on/off are not smooth.
就是开关工作不稳定
