我12月2日给客人发的开发信,今天早上收到客人回复。我们是做服装的,下面是客人给我发的部分内容,关于这个订单的要求。
Our Requirements
1. 600 pcs per style
2. 2 colors of fabric per style
3. order quantity at 1800-2400 pcs
4.payment terms- 100% TT based on inspection documents
5. production time- 30 days from confirmation of PP samples
6. PP samples to be done/delivered 10/14 days from agreement on PO/PI
7. Size ratio= 5 sizes M-L-XL-XXL-XXXL in 2-4-3-2-1
上面7点,第1点和第5点,不行。
因为公司规定,衬衫,最小起订量是每色800件,付款是先付30%定金。
我的回复是:

But I’m very sorry to tell you that we’re unable to do it. For the woven shirts, our MOQ is 800 pcs per color, we could not arrange 600 pcs per style, hope you could understand us.
In addition , for the payment, we usually need 30% T/T in advance.
因为之前我一直只是做理单的,最近才开始接触业务这块,所以很多都不懂,的各位大虾,帮我检查下。
经各位指点,修改后:

But after doubly checking your requirements and tech packs, we think there’re two points needed to discuss.
1. For the woven shirts, our MOQ is 800 pcs per color, because our production line is not able to start work if it’s less than 800pcs per color. Hope you could understand our position.
2. About the payment, we usually need 30% T/T in advance, as a deposit.
We really want to establish business relation with you and hope you could understand us for above two points. If you have any question, pls feel free to contact me, that will be much appreciated.

1、 数量不够,叫他拼柜不可以吗。
客户不是说:order quantity at 1800-2400 pcs
不能达到一个小柜吗
2、还是分点回答客户比较好,这样他才知道你是想诚心为他服务,也比较清晰,不会漏了

如果每色达不到800pcs,工厂一般不会接的,现在的工厂不愁单,只愁没大单。 公司规定的,这个数量。
客人是每款600件,每款有2色,那就说,每色才300件了,这样根本达不到标。

订金那一部分,可以再加一句,说以后如果合作的顺利,付款方式是比较灵活的

有一点重要的 如果不能接受那个小的数量 就直接说 不要说but i am sorry to tell you 请把类似的话去掉
当然说法上可以讲究 只要别说什么sorry 没有什么好sorry的 生意就是生意
