因为工作需要，被客户要求，硬着头皮写了人生第一份英文MAIL，磨了我很久才磨出来，不管写的好不好，希望大家能多多给我建议。3QDaisy:
When we first sampled the moppy mice ,we tried our best to find the same pile height of mop plush of two color (red and green),but we couldn’t find .So we chose the height -closed one of two color for sample.
This month ,we resample it for road sample, there’s no fabric in the market as same as the green one ,pile height is not high enough like what we used before .we go to some fabric markets and also enquiry some supplier, however we didn’t find . In this way we use the mop plush as the red one.
In the mass production ,if we don’t find the green mop plush as picture ,we have to choose the pile height between the red and the green. 。Now ,we are still looking for the fabric like the green ,and we hope to find it for production.
本来还有一张图片，上面有两个小玩具，红色/绿色，这里就不附上了。
本人用词都比较浅，没有用在线翻译句子，就查了几个单词。可能比较啰嗦，多谢各位不吝赐教。

主要是面料选择，因为面料的毛高问题，现在买不到毛高和绿色面料一致的了，于是作样品时毛高选择了红色的那种面料。

是不是说毛绒用品的毛长没有跟样品一样的，希望客户确定可不可以用市场上现有的最接近的长度？

看了过程 不知道中间跟客户是怎么沟通的
如果是找不到 大可跟客户讲他们那种毛高在市场上popular
然后就是我们找到这种非常接近就好了 客户确认样品就好了
