写邮件告诉客人由于春节年前无法按时交货，年后至少也要迟一个月才能出货。客人不接受并要求我们高额赔款，真的没有主意不知怎么说服客人，请求高手们帮忙怎样回这邮件（最好不赔钱）：Dear Candy,
This is very disappointing news. Especially for you to tell me 4 days before these goods should be on a ship!
I cannot understand how it is possible that you can have left production so late on these goods knowing very well that Chinese New Year is fast approaching. Your late delivery will cost me nearly £80,000 in sales as I will have no goods to sell. How are you going to help me make up these lost sales?
I hope you are well aware of our penalty scheme for late deliveries. I have attached another copy for your reference. As you can see a delay of a month is very expensive, especially as there are so many orders that you have now delayed.
Typically for a last minute delay like this we would ask the supplier to air freight the stock at their expense as it is a large loss to our sales opportunity. However as I am aware of the extreme cost of air freighting footwear I will accept one of the following:
$8000 per order totalling $16,000USD for the 4 week delay in 4 styles as per the penalty schedule
OR
30% discount on the cost of the delayed shipments.
