哪位高手帮我翻译一下，中译英，翻译得越有诚意思越好，大概意思如下，1）首先，我们保证袋子质量是没有问题的，你们可以拿一个袋子和以前订单的袋子做比较。这个订单批次的袋子还是和以前一样有带一层内膜防止粉尘外溢的，
2）我们国家在2010年12月份采取对工厂限电政策，所以工厂提前生产备货，怕要是订单来了临时无法供货， 所以这批货是在贵司订货前提前备好堆在生产车间了。所以生产过程中的粉尘飘在了袋子外包装上。造成了这个问题。我们疏忽的是这次没有另外放到仓库。以前所有订单生产完了都是运到仓库等待装运，就不会出出外包装有粉尘现象。
３）另外后面的订单1月3号和1月26号的订单我们可以肯定的是没有这个问题的，当时生产完就装集装箱了，所以你们不用担心这个问题，１月３号装运的货已于１８号到港，你们收到可以确认一下。如果有问题随时和我们联系，我们一定采取措施解诀。
４）关于额运费用总是的话，你能告诉我大约多少吗，我们愿意赔偿给您。
