内容大概是：发信人有个16岁得儿子，其生父已去世并且留下一大笔遗产（$13,800,000.00），而她自己也因为癌症将不久于人世。希望你能在她去世后帮忙照顾儿子，她会给予你一定好处。
这是真是假啊。如果真有此事，建议你找专业英语人给你看看吧。
