Pls raise the price based on our quoted price.If the customer will pay us directly,we will regard the additional raised price as commission and remit it back to you.We would like to assure you that we won't contact the customer directly,you would be our exclusive agent. Of course we can sign an agreement regarding this.

客人已经说希望由你们加价,你们直接收费。所以我觉得你回复的第一句是不用的。
你应该直接说“我们可以加上佣金,请问你要的佣金是多少。我们收到钱后就会付你佣金。你将是我们唯一的代理,我们不会直接去联系客户的,希望我们可以达到双赢。”
Yes, we may add comission to the prices. Pls kindly advise how many percent of comission you want so that we may revise the PI. We will remit you the comission after we have got the full payment.
Pls be sure that you will be our sole agent. We will not contact the end client directly. Hope we may reach win-win achievements.
