理解一个句子，不一定要理透所有的词，把它当一个整体来看，你会发现其实这个句子很简单。
这里关键词其实不是pass on，而是though.
"Pass on" is a negative word here, it's kinda like "Oh, let's not talk about this anymore, because i am not gonna buy from you, why? Because i am not an importer."
Here "I like the products you offer" is crap, he just wanted you to feel better, like it or not, whatever, the point is YOU ARE WASTING TIME TO SEND ME THIS, SO STOP IT!
