如果你方确认要我方开信用证的话，货款的10%用信用证付就足够了，不需要30% 如果你方要我方开立信用证，我方只能开货款10%的信用证。
这应该是客户就付款条件在跟你公司讨价还价吧？ 开立信用证比较花时间，还要付费，所以很多公司不愿意开立信用证。建议楼主把你手中的支付条款多看几遍。 呵呵，仅供参考。
