1. The unit should be double insulated so why is the earth lead connected to the mains transformer fixing? Double insulated or class 2 electrical appliances are products that have been designed in a way so as not to require a safety connection to electrical earth (These products must NOT have a safety connection to Earth). According to you email (attached), 2 core mains cable was to be used why is this not the case? See attached photo of mains plug with earth cable and 13 Amp fuse fitted should this not also be a 3 Amp fuse?2. See attached photo of plug connection, the end pin is not making a connection . The plug as not be fitted correctly not only that it had been glued in that position. If this is going to be the standard in production then we will see a very number of returns which is not acceptable, must be improved.

1.这个装置应当双倍绝缘，因此为什么要把接地导线接到电源变压器固定端？双重绝缘或2级电器的设计方式应该不需要电气接地的安全连接（这些产品没有安全接地）。根据你的电子邮件（附件），用了2芯电源线，为什么这里不是这样呢？参见所附的有接地的电源插头照片和安装的13安的保险丝，这里也不是3安的保险丝？
2.参见所附照片的插头，端销是不连接的。插头不仅是插不合适，而且还会卡住。如果这是生产用的标准，那么将会有很大量的退货，这是不能接受的，必须加以改进。
