Dear Raed,
i understand you.You are right the price of the samples are much higher than the ordered prices.However,i want to inform you that the samples are specially produced for you.
Since our usually produced goods are not the size as you ordered,the samples will cost more.But we promise to return the sample fees as soon as you make order.

哎，感覺你可能沒有理解客人的意思，客人說要三個尺寸，為什麼每個尺寸都要收３０美金，一般客人要的樣品多，你可以少收點的。不是說你樣品費貴。理解不？你說的有點牛頭不對馬嘴。你要解釋的是，為什麼每個尺寸３０-美金，比如說，每個尺寸都要開模，還是哪裡不一樣，所有都要收費。客人能理解一個樣品費的單價肯定比大貨的價格高，另外，你的反還樣品費也含糊不清，你要說清楚，三個尺寸的樣品費，是哪個尺寸的產品下單了退對應的樣品費，還是不論客人下什麼尺寸的單，只要下單了，都會退還。自己整理下清楚，再怎麼回答吧。

Thanks for your reply.
For 3 size samples, those size your request is not normal size, we need open mould for it, so each mould charge 30 USD(解釋為什麼收每個尺寸30$). Please understand.
For sample charge, we will refound it if the quantity above xx PCS(能退樣品費的數量).
Meanwhile, we have a suggestion, if we could send you a normal size productions for you check the quality(sample free), we will do PPS for you after you confirm the order, it could save sample charge and time.

另外，還有快遞費也要和客人說清楚，是否你的樣品費裡面含快遞費還是不包含的。一般你不說，客人會默認是含有快遞費的。
如果客人覺得樣品費貴，你可以給客人寄你們現有的樣品，客人付快遞費，一般客人都可以接收的。
其實，在開始的時候，你應該第一考慮的是給客人寄免費的樣品。我不了解你們產品，正確的尺寸是否很重要。客人如果要樣品，我會給兩個建議，一個是寄免費現有樣品給客人，另外一個是付樣品費，訂做樣品費客人選擇，遮也是站在客人立場上節約成本。讓客人自己選擇。這樣客人會覺得你很貼心。想得很周到。
