发了两批塑料灯座给客户，客户要求提供PPAP3资料和ISO证书。PPAP3我们没做过，ISO还在申请中。今天收到一封如下邮件，好像是催PPAP3的，但是看不懂，求解读一下：
We inform that in our archive of suppliers 9001:2008 does not consist your certificate of the System of Management of Quality ISO therefore, would like to more request that in them it the same sent a brought up to date copy of or letter of recommendation, the PPAP level 03 for approval .
We remember that this requirement is of utmost importance for Cliptech and the fulfilment of the same cannot come to intervene with the current and/or future commercial relations.
Any doubts and/or clarifications, favor to enter in contact.
I am thankful since already for the brief steps.
Urgent request with stated period for the delivery up to 01-06-11.
