一客户已经买了我们2套样品在测试了，为了保险起见他还想买2套做为维修库存，因不着急用客户想走最便宜的运输方式，走海运时间太长，走空运需要正式报关，我们的产品需要商检，而且就只有2套，跟样品差不多，比较麻烦。我想让客户发快递，如果从香港出的话，运费价格基本上和空运差不多（目前普通空运价格有上涨）以下是客户的给我的邮件和我准备回复客户的邮件，大家帮我看看，不妥之处恳请各位高手指正，谢谢！！客户邮件：

Just to say that the samples were installed in the customer's shop yesterday and we await feedback from them in due course.
In the meantime, so that we have them on display in our showroom and so that we have maintenance stock, can you let me know how much for another two and as they are not urgent, to ship them via cheapest method.
Also, if we did have any problems with them within the first year what happens about repairs etc?

1..The cheapest method is shipping by sea,but the time is long.We have just opened DHL express VIP account,they give us quotation is basically same as air price,DHL express is door to door service,so for samples and QTY small orders,we suggest delivery by DHL express,2pcs ITO47 delivery by DHL express freight charge is USD430,how do you think of it?thanks.
2..Our products warranty is: 5years for Glass,1 year for ATO.If you have problems with them within the first year,we will offers free repair to you.

我觉得你总体意思表达的还可以，最好要找个合适的理由让客户信服，样品和小宗订单走快递比空运要好！还是各位高手来看看吧，呵呵。

我一般这么写的：

1. For another samples, we are welcomed here. The price is same.
2. Due to the small quantity, 2pcs, we recommend to send your through DHL. By the way, we have DHL vip account, can have some disaccount. Because the price of DHL is changing with the foreign exchange rate. I will give you the exact post fee that day we ship the samples.
