Technical Specification of equipment for end-cutting operations automation

Immediate package – cardboard NEVA 350 g, cardboard LADOGA 370g.

Temperature for ravioli packaging - 0 ®С

General requirements:
- Automatic forming of corrugated box. Valves are pasted together either with hot melt adhesive or with scotch
- automatic packed product in-feed and formation of blocks according to picture 2
- automatic packing of blocks into a formed corrugated box according to picture 4
- printing information on a formed corrugated box:
1. with pica face – space for printing 140 х 100. On the label it is important to mark batch number, date of production, bar code, etc. (price is determined separately)
2. automatic affixing stick-on label (size: 140x100). On the label it is important to mark batch number, date of production, bar code, etc. (price is determined separately)
3. before product feeding to the automation equipment the product should be put through the system of weight checking (empty boxes can also be put through the system) and the system of sorting out the finished products according to the net weight (price is determined separately)
- Throughput – minimum 5 formed corrugated boxes per minute
- Working temperature conditions – from - 10 degrees to +10 degrees
On the whole we need 2 (two) automation systems constructed according to the requirements mentioned above.
At the output we should receive the formed corrugated box sealed up with scotch or hot melt adhesive and with shipping label attached.
This equipment should be approved for use in food industry and have all the necessary certificates.
This equipment should possess high protective system against human errors .
The system should be configurable.
