With our discussion the insurance will be cover at MUMBAI Port. That means terms of invoice value is CFR(C&F).

How are you sir, Mr.Rick told me you are handling the shipment at China and we want to advise the shipment the condition as follow;-
1) Please book the shipment directly shipping liner. Even if you book thru any forwarders but you please insist to get direct Ocean Bills of Lading from Liners to avoid one delivery order endorsement at MUMBAI port.
2. While booking please get 14 days free container detention period at MUMBAI port by the shipping liner.
3. Please show all items on the consolidated single Invoice as FOB and at last add the actual freight paid to shipping company and complete the Total value as CFR(C&F).
4. The packing list should be on each package vise description and quantity.
5. Once the container stuffed and sealed and handed over to shipping company please scan original invoice , packing list, bills of lading immediatly. And the same all original documents send directly to Consingee at MUMBAI office address with out any delay.

2. 定船时，请申请14天的孟买港到港免费停靠。
3. 请在唯一的发票上注明所有的FOB下的项目，最终加上运费算出CFR价格。
4. 带有产品描述以及数量的装箱单要显示在每一个包装上。
5. 货物装柜，铅封，交予船方后，请立即扫描传送我们发票，装箱单，提单原件。单据原件要在日期内交予孟买的承兑行。
