大家帮忙翻译以下邮件，理解得不是很清楚。我们是做电阻器的。谢谢！Regarding the below issue, as per understanding with the explanation of Aden partial stock were erroneously
included in your shipment to us instead of shipping to your other customer. Although the parts passed
the electrical properties our production encountered problems on using them. They already reacted on
the downtime & rework because of the deformities of lead due to small diameter. Parts & quantities that are issued
to our production were decided to use as is but the incurred time for the rework will be charged to your company.
As claimed by our production the part when installed, the kinked lead no longer served as stopper because it passes
on the through-hole. Please see solder side picture of the board showing deformed kinked lead:
Kindly check and advise if you have records of those parts shipped to us with small lead wire diameter.
Our warehouse & IQC will also check the remaining inventory. Please advise if you can send us replacement so
that our production will not do the rework to avoid additional man hours and scrap. Pls confirm also if we can return
the remaining stock affected by the small lead diameter.

上面邮件主要两点，第一点是说我们产品的问题导致他们生产要停工和返工，由于停工和返工所导致的成本要我们公司支付 ，第二点问我们是否可以退换剩余部分有问题的产品。
我不明白的是客人是不是说如果我们同意退换，他们就不会追究前面返工导致的成本，还是说前面返工导致的成本要我们支付，另外也要我们退换产品。这两点是只选其一，还是两点都要求我们负责？
