1. Table-top Sphygmomanometer complete with armband and bellow with control valve with the following specifications:(i) The equipment should be originated from America or Europe / CE countries
(ii )It should be of table-top type
(iii) It must be robust, light and portable
(iv) Must be certified + 3 mm Hg accuracy or less over the full range
(v) The gauge should be shock resistant
(vi) It should have an easy-to-read high-visibility graduation and needle pointer
(vii) Gauge readings must be precise and ranging from 0 mm Hg to 300 mm Hg
viii) The equipment should have a thumbscrew progressive air release valve for smooth pressure intervals
(ix) It must have a protective device to protect the internal pressure mechanism from over-inflation
(x) The pressure gauge must have a minimum of 3 years warranty on the accuracy of the reading.
CE Certificate and catalogue / leaflet including specifications to be submitted for evaluation purpose.
2A. Adult Armband with rubber bladder compatible with item 1 (proposed Sphygmomanometer)
(ii) Armband made of cotton cloth without Velcro
(ii) Length of Armband to be around 100 cms
(iii) The rubber bladder to be incorporated in armband and fitted according to its size
(iv) The rubber bladder must have two tubing outlets.
2B. Paediatric Armband with rubber bladder compatible with item 1 with the following specifications:
(i) Armband made of cotton cloth without Velcro
(ii) Length of Armband to be around 50 cms
(iii) The rubber bladder to be incorporated in armband and fitted according to its size
(iv) The rubber bladder must have two tubing outlets.
2C. Bellow (rubber bladder) with control valve to be compatible 1 above. The rubber bellow (rubber bladder) incorporated with control valve must either be of Standard or Deluxe type and black in colour.
