5.The supplier further unconditionally agress to fully indemnify and keep indemnified C company from and against all losses ,damages and liabilities, including but not limited to production or monerary losses which deirectly incurred or arise by reason of the giving of such benefits by supplier.7. C company shall have the right to withhold or nullify the application by the supplier for payment or any approval for payment to such extent as may be necessary to protect C company from sustaining any loss on account of non-payment by the supplier of any of his dues to C company on any account whatsoever and release the amount withheld only after satisfactory fulfillment by supplier.
