我们给秘鲁客户发的DHL快件已经到对方海关20天了，客户还没有清关，今天DHL打电话给我们说，如果客户不尽快清关，货物将退回或丢弃。我们已经提醒过客户一次了，让他们赶快清关，不知道为什么到现在都还没有清掉。我准备这么跟客户说：“我在DHL网站上看到你们仍然没有完成清关，请问你们遇到什么问题了吗？今天DHL再次通知我们，如果你们不尽快清关,货物将会被退回，如果退回将会产生高昂的运费和其他费用。如果你们无法完成清关，以下两种解决办法请选择并回复我们：
1.我们通知DHL将货物退回，产生的一切费用由你们支付
2.我们通知DHL将货物做丢弃处理。（这个需要在本周内确定，否则到下周丢弃还需要支付丢弃费和仓储费）
以上请尽快处理，如果在清关过程中需要我们支持或帮助的，请告诉我们，我们将尽力配合，谢谢！”

I see you have not clear custom, could you tell me what's problem?DHL note us today, if you not clear custom goods will be take back. it will very high cost if be take back. we have 2 ways for you selection, if you can't do clear custom.please reply us soon.
1.we take the goods back, you pay all of the cost.
2.we note DHL discarded the goods.(it need to decide before this weekend, or else there need pay more charge of dicarded cost and warehouse cost.
