给客人报错了一款产品的价格！今天收到了这样的回复！
I don't mind who's mistake of this, and also if only this one have belt on the fair. The client went to your booth he likes your products with the belt and when we confirm the order we were 100% sure that all the products come with the belt as it looks much better with it. Then later you said that this item doesn't have belt, we already discussed about this and I was very clear at that time that all the cows must come with the belts, then you agreed that you gonna do, I confirm with the client and now you come again to say that will not make the belts on the cows?!?!?? What is the problem with your company?? I really don't get it. One day you say something in other day you say another thing....
I already told you that my client wants the belts in all of the cows, if you don't want to make the belts then you need to give USD 0,15 discount in each piece as when we confirm the order we were buying all the cows with the belts.
The true is this is a mistake from your company and now you don't want to solve, you just transferring the problem to the client and charging him more.... Now after I confirm with him that all the cows will come with the belts as you factory agreed how can I tell him now that you will charge again????
You have good products, and we set this business because we are looking for a long time business relation with some company like yours here in China, we will not only order this time and disappear, for sure we will have more and more orders of these goods but we are starting very bad our relation in this way... C'mon, was your company mistake so why the client needs to pay for that??

答应的事能做就尽量作吧,信誉很重要啊
