We have got a huge order from a big customer already in the last month, but we got information the customer found lower price from another supplier. For example, Item A, our current price is 2USD, but the competitor is only 1.80USD,that is big difference there.factually, Customer admit our high quality at 2.0USD, but due to the recess market, they have to select 1.80USD at lower quality to keep their market occupancy. Meantime, 1.80USD is just keep our production cost, keep the operator wage, no profit for ours. We'd like to get the order at 1.80, but the fetal problem is our first 2.0USD is still under processing。Question:
if you are a top sales, how to get the order back without any confict with original price? or any good solution to improve our long term business relationship?
