Provision for complete exhaust in 1st chamber.and 25%exhaust in 2nd chamber.
All shafts to be air shaft.3 inch with adaptor of 6 inch.
Electronic edge guiding system to be provided.
Rewinder with pneumatic lay on with s wrap.
Insulation of chamber and pipeline ,in order to avoid heat loss.
in unwind braking tension of 20 kg to be provided.
All motors to be ac driven.
Provision of lel sensors in the exhaust chamber.2 nos in each tunnel.
Sequence of machine .
1.primary unwind for pet
2.preheating by drum[oil heating.
3.corona treater.
4 coating.
5 smoothening bar,
6.drying chamber.
7.laminating nipping station
2ndary unwind for foil
8.pre heating of the laminated web.
9.corona treater.
10 coating.
11.smoothening bar.
12 drying.
13.laminating nipping station.
14 3rd unwinder for cpp..
15.Rewind.
