Could you kindly inform us the possible reason why the customer didnt want to place an order?

Could you please let me know the possible reason why you have no order place to us?
Is it our product can't satisfy your market ?
Is it our price not attractive?
Or is it our product design is not good?

我上面的构思是:以在某月某日前下单就能优先安排大量生产为借口,提醒客户尽快下单。这样一来,“追问”转成了“友好提醒”,且能让客户感受到你们重视他,给了他帮助就好了,呵呵
