另外最后一句是不是看着有些别扭？自己可以填两个词让句子通顺些。不妨改成We sincerely HOPE TO cooperate with clients,AND ALWAYS warmly welcome all customers to our factory.是不是更通顺些呢？楼主不妨考虑一下

1, “A bearbox co.,ltd is founded in 1984,”此句是过去时，应改为：“A bearbox co.,ltd was founded in 1984”。
2，“Over the years, the company towards professional,the high accuracy,developing the market of both here and abroad,improving the quality and customer service,keepig innovation,and to create a brilliant future of transmission field.”此长句缺少谓语（toward是介词，不能作谓语），应适当增加动词，如改为：“Over the years, the company has been working towards professional,the high accuracy,developing the market of both here and abroad,improving the quality and customer service,keepig innovation,and to create a brilliant future of transmission field.”
