I can't describe my angry now. But maybe it's my problem. Why is it delayed? I can't understand. I stressed that one week ago, and urge him nearly everyday. He just told me it's impossible to finish them by my deadline!!!How can I say that to my customer? It occurs every time. I really want to quit my job. I hate breaking faith with others!!!

Well, the title here seems not suitable. Anyway try to be relax coz it's really common.
1, Figure out normal delivery date of ur products from production department.
2, Try to consider this issue when negotiate delivery time with customer.
3, Stress the importance of this customer to administrator, as payment will be refused if delay, or if time meet, batch orders will come etc.
