  A: Welcome to our factory.

  B: I've been looking forward to visiting your factory.

  A: Actually, you'll know our products better after the visit. I'll show you around and explain the operations as we go along.

  B: That'll be most  helpful.

  A:Maybe we could start with the Design Department. And then we could look at the production line.

  B: How  much do you spend on design development every year?

  A: About 3%~4% of the gross sales.

  B: That's fine. Could I have a look over the manufacturing process?

  A: Of course. This way, please.

  (They are on the way to the production line)

  A: This is the assembly line. These drawings on the wall are process sheets. They describe how each process goes on to the next.

  B: How many workers are there on the lines?

  A: About 60. But we are running on two shifts. And every day, 1400 motor-cars are assembled.

  B: Oh, it's highly efficient.

  A: Yes, this assembly line was built recently. Almost every process is computerized. What a worker does is usually to push buttons. Thus, the efficiency is greatly raised, and the intensity of labor is decreased.

  B: How do you control the quality of the products?

  A: Well, all products have to go through five checks in the whole process. We believe that the quality is the soul of an enterprise. Therefore, we always put quality as the first consideration.

  B: Yes, quality is even more important than quantity.

  A: That's right.

  B: I hope my visit does not cause you too much trouble.

  A: No trouble at all. Shall we rest a while and have a cup of tea before going around?

  B: That's fine.

  B: How large is the plant?

  A: It covers an area of 55, 000 square meters.

  B: It's much larger than I expected. When was it set up?

  A: In the early 1970s. We'll soon be celebrating the 25th anniversary?

  B: Congratulations.

  A: Thank you.

  B: How large is the machine shop?

  A: Its total area is 3, 000 square meters.

  B: Do we have to wear the helmets?

  A: You'd better, to protect your heads. When in the workshop, please don't cross the white lines.

  B: Is the production line fully automatic?

  A: Well, not fully automatic.

  B: What kind of quality control do you have?

  A: All products have to pass strict inspection before they go out.

  B: This visit gave me a good picture of your product areas.

  A: I'm pleased you found it helpful. What's your general impression, may I ask?

  B: I'm impressed by your approach to business. In addition, you have fine facilities and efficient people. The product gives you an edge over your competitors, I guess.

  A: Yes. No one can match us as far as quality is concerned.

  A: Certainly. Here are our sales catalog and literature.

心态好点,不要着急,1个月真的很难,客户关键看到不少口语,如果时间长了可以慢慢学习下,如果时间短的话,更加看下是否哪些要展示给客户的会更好

个人认为,其他 的客套话,可以少说点,重点在于如何 向客人推销及介绍自己产品的优势.这才是硬道理,若是你其他的话说的再多,而对自己的产品介绍的很少,还不是没什么效果.
