If Buyer fails to give seller CIQ's certificates of quality and weight issued at discharge port within 60 days of the estimated date of arrival (EDA) -unless the Seller had been notified in writing that the actual arrival of the goods to the discharge port occurred at a date after EDA- and/or prior to 10 days before the L/C expiry date, Seller should claim 2% balance payment based on AHK (ALFRED H KNIGHT)/SGS/MITRA SK's certificates of quality and weight issued at loading port, Seller shall present the following documents for payment of the Final Payment:评论
如果买方没有在预计到港时间的60天内给卖方出示卸货港签发的货物重量和中国检验检疫开办的质量证书-除非卖家已被书面通知，卸货港实际到货时间在预计到货时候之后，或者在信用证失效时间之前10天； 卖方应该基于装货港签发的AHK/SGS/SK证书（向买方）索要2%的余款；卖方将出示下面文件以索要付款。
