PREPARATION预备工作
- crane pedestal to be fitted with scaffolding / work platform around the slewing bearing
在起重机基座上安装脚手架/回转支承四周设置工作台
- suitable wooden reels for reeling the wires to be provided /alternatively
准备适合的线圈轮
- suitable clean and straight deck space is required.
甲板上的场地干净，平整
WORK SCHEDULE 工作流程
1) Removal 拆卸
- override and clear all limits- remove the wires with assistance of the shipyard
在船厂的帮助下，拆掉钢丝绳
- put wires straight on deck or on reels, protect for mechanical damage 将钢丝绳整齐的放在甲板或者线圈轮上，防止机械损伤
- remove the jib at the bearing/jibfoot and take down to shore 拆卸起重臂
- disconnect the electrical power supply in crane(Slipring) 断开起重机的电源
- remove bolts to the crane body 拆掉起重机机身上的螺栓
- Lift off the crane body and store safely 吊下起重机机身并妥善存放
- Remove bolts from pedestal to bearing 拆除回转支承基座上的螺栓
- Lift off old slewing bearing吊下旧的回转支承
2) Preparation 准备
- clean the surface of pedestal flange 清扫基座法兰表面
- Measure flatness of pedestal flange 测量基座法兰的平整度
○ If necessary arrange machining of pedestal flange on site
如有需要， 现场安排基座法兰的切削
- Unpack new bearing and prepare for installation
打开新支承， 准备安装
3) Installation 安装
- Lift up new bearing and fix with bolts 吊起新的回转支承并用螺栓固定
- Lift up crane body and fix with bolts 吊起起重机机身并用螺栓固定
- Tension all bolts with torque tool 紧固所有螺栓
- Connect electrical power supply 接通电源
- Lift up jib and fix 升起起重臂并固定
- Rig wires 装上索具
- Set all limits
- Perform Load test 做载重测试
override and clear all limits
