The terminal cup does not sit properly on the cabinet. It was determined that the rib shown below (red highlighted) is too tall.A fixture was built to hold the part and a tool path generated that followed the design shape (red surface):
Here you can see the tool removing material as it follows the design shape.
Estimate is 0.025" to 0.035" of material removed at the middle, tapering to no material removed at the edges.
The part sits well in the fixture, which indicates that this is not a warping problem. Picture was taken part way through the program.
Cutter moves from right to left in the picture.
