As concern issuing LC I feel obliged to update you by a current situation.Generally everything is going well and coming to the positive end only some conditon with bank was
a subject of a modification trial by himself.
It was agreed before their credit/LC is secured by our dues against Hypermarket' waving but then they
wished unexpectively to get an additional mortgage security; such a demand it's first unjustified as
well it would prolong/postpone a procedure of L/Cs' activations. That's why I successively convienced
bank to resign from that uneffective factor so I hope to obtain a final positive result shortly.

本来一切都很顺利，而且就快有一个良好的结果，但是，银行方面要求重新审核，这导致了此次状况的发生。
他们原本同意，将依据“什么”会费开立信用证；但是，现在又出乎意料地附加了审核条件。这些都是我们始料未及的。这一切将信用证的开立过程推迟了。这也是我一而再地向银行方面重申他们要重新高效地出证。我也希望能尽早得到答复。

按照之前的预期，顺利的话，现在银行就可以作为担保方开出信用证了，但始料不及，当地大超市经济动荡，抵押贷款数量太多，造成如今银行不能为L/C付款的能力。只能推迟信用证的启用时间。我尽力说服银行我们有能力归还货款，让银行开始执行信用证。希望短期内可以得到他们肯定的答复。

关于信用证开立，我觉得有必要让你知道一些最新的情况。
本来一切都很顺利，而且就快有一个正面的结果，但是银行方面突然提出修改信用证的一些条款。
他们以前本同意，在经得超市的同意后，用我们的应付款作为抵押开立信用证，但是出乎意料地，他们又希望获得额外的抵押。首先这是不公平的，其次也会延长信用证的开立时间。这就是为什么我一再去说服银行放弃那些无效因素的原因，希望在近期能够得到一个正面的结果。
这段话的文体其实挺特别的，首先语体完全口语化，但是用词却文绉绉的，感觉似乎不太像规范的英语表达。希望楼主能告诉我这是在哪里看到的及更丰富的背景。谢谢！
