Management has invested in appropriate resources to drive and maintain: Advanced Quality Planning, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Continuous Improvement activities(6-Sigma, Lean, QCC, 5S etc…), Training, and Preventative Maintenance.
A formal system exists to manage change in the business, including notifying the customer of design, process, tooling, equipment and material changes. Customer approval is required before change implementation.
There is a system for first article sample submission that includes FMEA, Control Plans, Capability studies and a first article inspection report.
There is a system for customer communication, customer feedback, and the recording, tracking, and management of customer complaints, including resolution of customer complaints and corrective actions.

Document Control
A master Document Control List is maintained to preclude the use of invalid or obsolete documents.
Manufacturing, process and configuration documents are under issue control.
A Document Change procedure that ensures the key users of documents are informed of changes is used.
The document control system ensures that the most current customer specifications are available to, and used by, manufacturing personnel.
