Please can you give me answers to these questions:- sizing, do you work on uk sizes and do they match SA sizes
- will they send size curves by packs or what are the break downs
- will the samples be sent as pairs or singles?
- we need to know min orders and lead times. Min orders on sizes and min orders on styles.
- is the inner sole leather?
- policy on faulty pairs? Considering also that we pay custom duties on them even if faulty this also applies to incorrect orders and amounts! Quality is nb though!
- payment terms?
- late delivery penalties? We need to protect ourselves from loss of sales etc on late deliveries and faulty pairs!
- will you be able to provide sizing labels on the shoes?
- also what are their shipping terms ?
- If we find material that we want the shoes to be printed with what are the extra costs?
