合同在双方签署后即生效，有效期为一年。如果合同双方中任何一方没在在合同终止前30天宣布取消合同，该合同将按原有条件自动延长一年。
unless---意思为：如果。。。没有。。。。，除非。。。。。，。。。
英语国家人士很喜欢用这种结构，而我们国人则不喜欢这种有条件否定结构

- from zero to forty percents (0% - 40%) at the Buyer's discretion of the cost of the Goods, as specified in an Invoice - within five (5) banking days from the date of signing by the Buyer of a Pro-forma Invoice and sending of this document to the Seller by e-mail;
- from sixty to one hundred percents (60% - 100%) at the Buyer's discretion of the cost of the Goods, as specified in an Invoice - ten (10) banking days upon acceptance of the Goods by the Carrier from the Seller as to quantity in the Place of Destination and upon receipt by the Buyer by e-mail of scanned copies of the original documents (specified in clause 2.5. and agreed upon with the Buyer).
