你应明白，只有当我们想与你合作时，我们才会把LOGO发给你。因此请把这图今天或明天发给我，谢谢

意思是大概都明白。make sure 的宾语是send me this drawing tomorrow or today.
还有normally we will give this logos to anyone这句应少了not 否则后面不会跟but 了。
应该是normally we will not give this logos to anyone  but we need co-operate with you future.
通常我们不是把LOGO随意给别人用的，但你们是我们未来的合作伙伴....... 所以用完后马上还给我们。

楼主的疑问是正常的，不是水平不够，是人家笔误。
