一美国客人，之前有合作过一次。 大概有3个多月了没联系了，今天突然收到以下邮件，麻烦各位英语达人给 帮忙看下 Teespray是什么意思？ 难道是香水类的产品？ 跟我们产品完全不搭噶啊，还是说客人发错了？ 我贴上全文请大家帮忙看下，谢谢了先。Good morning. Please be sure that for all future orders of the TEESPRAY, the units are not individually poly bagged. This is very labor intensive for our production staff to take them out before they print them.
You can bulk bag them all in one box is you don’t think they’ll leak. Previous suppliers sent them bulk bagged and we did not have leakage problems.
I have two PO’s in with you right now with this item – 7145 & 7162 – so please confirm this as soon as you can.

肯定是指的产品, 如果连后面的货号7145 & 7162 都不是你们的,那肯定是发错了

如果楼主确认上面所说的两个型号不是你们的产品，那就是客户发错咯
