由于我们生产很紧,客户的订单被排到很后面了,现回复客户交货期的邮件如下,大家提提意见,看怎样写比较好,语气比较委婉(该客户之前很多单子表面上很急,赶出来后又不发)Hi **,
It will be ready next week earlist,is it ok for you?
But if you are able to confirmed the delivery way in advance, may be we can arrange this order earlier.
Since our work load is heavy, our production department has to proceed those goods first, which have confirmed delivery date & delivery way to us.
Pls kindly confirm above.

We could have been pleased to inform that your order would be ready earlier if you had
kindly notified your way of delivery in advance in favor of our arrangement for mass production.
Thus, orders with firm shipment and date at the soonest must be granted the priority due to our tight production shcedule.
And we surely will try our efforts to reduce the lead time. Thank you for your kind understanding.
板上钉钉的事要明确的告诉他,下周备好货,不然他会以为可以改,那样你就麻烦了。
这句子我自己看了都觉得真TM委婉。
