好像是一种用来压平稻草的机器设备，因为压平的稻草可以用来编织篮子，包包之类的日用品或者工艺品。仅供参考~~~

此设备应将稻杆压平压直，末端无弯折，稻草间无空隙。压得狠直的稻秆，容易编制，利于高品质产品制作。
附件已附上压制好的稻秆样品及用其编制好的袋子，请查阅
