due to 不能位于句首，led to是介词短语，不能接从句，
Very sorry,there will be a delay in the delivery for the samples. Because the size of the touch screen is small,and it's hard to control the stability of infrared signal,as a result,the qualified rate is pretty low. We have produced five sets in total,but only one of them is qualified after inspection. Now our engineer have solved this problem,and began to produce the rest two,we estimate that the samples will be sent out on Aug 8th.欢迎指正

我觉得楼主还是另找原因吧，这个原因太真实，我会想你的产品真的是很差啊。5个只有1个是好的。那大货生产怎么办？？？

I am very sorry to tell you that the samples delivery has to be delayed, the yield is very low because the infrared signal is difficult to control due to the small touch screen size. We totally produed 5 sets but only 1 set is acceptable after inspection.
Now our engineers just resolved the problem and we are re-making the samples, we estimate the 3 sets of samples can be send out around Aug 8th.
