Why I write those in English is that I do not want more people know me only.I have a dream.The dream have been kept in my mind for four years. I seldom told others my dream,because all the people pay attention to your result instead of process.
With my experiences these years, I found out everything is not easy. But,fortunately,everything is under control by my planning.Though the process is hard-working,but I still felt very delighted as each road I passed is just by myself.
When i was about to face finding job,I was not like other classmates who always discuss with more things without any decision. I just do the things what I do them as usual.Even though,there were introduced to a company by another classmate.I don't be like that for this situation,though my academic record is very good.In fact, I am not very pure and simple like them and it does not mean I do not trust others.Maybe I do not trust anybody,I am very contradictory.I have more thinging than them.Otherwise, I do not like work with the people who I know them together and I will not rely on others.
I don't want to talk about my first job because there is nothing about it. I began worked there from june and quited it before the Mid-Autumn day because I did not like someone, I do not like to comment to others,even though I know that person very much. And I know everyone has their own way to do things. Anyway, there are someone who I do not like, but if them treat me not very bad, I will not mind them. Up till now, my best harvest is that I know how to operate some foreign trading platform and learnt how to calm down.
In that Mid-Autumn Day, he was with me together and we faced finding jobs and it lasted about 1 month.I know i want to be a sales representative,but,at that time,I can not reach this standard because of my own ability.I just hoped to reply on myself.I would like to learn more things how to work with foreign trading,so I chose to be a project coordinator,I know how to do this job and it will lead me to learn more about foreign trading. If I can be a overseas sales representative one day,I will operate my job easily.And this is my goal. I always know that there are specialized specialized in a company,but some companies have no them. I must prepare 2 choices for myself because I know that person who I can reply on is just myself.
That was my first time to talent market, I was recruited by a company luckily. My position was a project coordinator.As a girl who was graduated from school so long, I got so much criticism.Anyway,I also thank him for giving me that opportunity and he made me to be a sales representative. At that time,I knew seldom about these works. Sometimes I thought I did the things very well,but I was still criticized by him very often.I felt so sad always. But I did not hate my manager because I finished my work was not perfect. I was sad that it was not I was criticized,I just thought why I could not do the things better.
I had no any experience in the business world. It was very difficult for me to find my first customers.I told my manager that I haven't some experience in this field,so no one taught me how to do thus.One month passed, I also had no any customers in my hand.The pressure in my heart is very high.Three mouths passed,I only established business relations with six customers.but i didn't finish my job yet.But,there was something happened and I had to prepare to go to Shenzhen.I was that company about 3 months,I did not do my own order by myself apart from the theoretical knowledge. I also did not how to work with the time,so that my manager thought that I did not learn anything.But when I left at that day,he told me that if I meet anything I do not know, I can ask him at any time. I remember that I wanted him to tell me all of operation procedures about foreign trading business,no matter those can be operated my me or me in real life as I wanted to know more things about this field. In fact,no matter if I can learn things or not, it approved me as he gave me a chance. I thank him.
Why do i come to Shenzhen?Two the Reasons:Shenzhen is a beautiful and young city which is filled with chance and challenge.of course, I still remeber that my main aim of coming to shenzhen is to come my dream true at early time.The future is bright,but the road is tortuous.Another Reason:Secret,A secret which can not be told by me.
The pressure is high in Shenzhen, I still study very hard.but I know I do not try my best enough really!!! when i go to sleep,I aways miss my family,my past and my future dream.And my eyes fill with tears sometimes.I feel that I can't say sorry to myself.I shall do best to let my dream come true at earlier time.
Now I am working in Shenzhen and everythng goes well.I am very busy and hard-working,but I feel very plenary. And everything are going well according to my original plan. Now I think back that it was very funny when I found the present job as it is a very good company and I had no experience,especially I was graduated from school not so long,so it was not easy to join this company.But I did not give up. For joining taht company,I asked many relative things about foreign trading on the internet before the interview,then I wrote down many useful things on my note book. When I went to interview, I considered that I was an experienced person. I do not know if my face became red or not,haha. But I should thank a person:Mr.Baldwin Shaw,
I have to start my a new job which is for myself and my futher step.I have to adjust my mentality as for my new change.
Actually,many people didn't and even don't know the real dreams of themselves.That's why many of us feel tired and confused on the way of job and life.but sth I would like to remind you that parents are always the strong back of us.Both on material and on spirit.you could depend on yourself but never leave yourself alone in the future.I have to start new work,for myself,my futher.I must adjust my mental attitude for new change.
Most of the time,to abandon one thing is another way of choosing a road.On this way,it is full of many unknow things. About abandoning something,this needs courage and boldness and the most important is to be bold in bearing the responsibility , I always believe that all will be ok if you never give up.
I did not tell why I am not very easy yet.In fact,this is a thing I do not mention always because there is no "if" in the world.To my past,I can not change it,but what I can do is to change my future. Anyway,I will remember the way which I will follow up to,I will remember what I want with persistent effort,that is enough.
''II can not reply on them(My parents) after I graduated from school because I am in society now,and I am gettting mature and never reply on my family any more.I told my parents that i live well and have a good healthy body as i would not let them to worry about me,even thought,I am not very well sometimes.
I just want to say: Dear Father,Mother and Younger brother, I missing you all very much. All of my efforts are just for your happiness. pls take care of yourselves.I will be fine.
