CONDENSING UNIT
Supply of air cooled condensing unit of absolute capacity given comprising of reciprocating/scroll
compressor,fans for condenser,condensing coil having cu tubes & aluminium fins complete with 10 meters of refrigerant piping(liquid & suction) with
nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thick for suction line, M.S. stands for mounting
outdoor unit, expansion valves with first charge of refrigerant,oil
& necessary controls of following absolute Capacity.
Note: Vendor can quote for multilple units of different capacity
for high capacity unit to get the required absolute capacity.

Sheet metal sectionalised cabinet type air handling unit in double skin construction fabricated from Al extruded section frame structure.
The inner skin 22G (0.8 mm) & outer skin 24 G (0.63 mm) GI constrution with 43 mm thick PUF (Poly Urethene Foam) insulation panel complete with following section
Mixing Chamber if necessary
Prfilter section with Pre filter(10 Micron & 90 % Efficiency)
Coil section with coil(Direct Expansion Coil & Heating Coil)
Blower(DIDW BACKWARD CURVED FAN FOR ABOVE 125 MM STATIC PRESSURE . DIDW FORWARD CURVE FAN FOR BELOW 125 MM STATIC PRESSURE) section with Blower and motor ,both Motor and Blower are mounted on common base frame
Microvee filter section with M.V. filter In Aluminium construction(5 Micron& 95 % Efficiency)
HEPA filter section with HEPA filter in Aluminium construction(0.3Micron & 99.97 % Efficiency)(Not applicable as terminal HEPA will be provided)
Fresh air Module With S.S. bird screen ,volume control damper and 20 Micron Filter(90 % Efficiency)
Exhaust air Module With S.S. bird screen ,volume control damper and 20 Micron Filter(90 % Efficiency)
Sandwich type insulated drain pan ,drain pan should be 18 G (1.25 mm) SS construction
Magnahelic Guages with Necessary Tubing across Pre Filter (0 - 25mm of W.G.) Microvee filter (0-25 mm of W.G.) & HEPA filter(0-100 mm Of W.G.)
There should be access door across every section of AHU
There should be opening for cable entries in AHU for blower section & in mixing chamber section for humidity & temp. sensors.
There should be ports for magnehelic gauges wherever required across prefilter section , MV filter & HEPA filter( for details refer air flow diagram)
