谢谢你，老兄。这么快回复我，不过可能是没有上下文的缘故，偏差很大。 pilot是指试点项目，不是飞行员。addressd是指解决问题。

不过你把piece-meal initiatives翻成各种举措蛮好的，我翻成零碎的措施太直译。
